A complete shingle roofing installation includes roof deck inspection and repair, full underlayment, ice-and-water shield in high-risk areas, new shingles from eave to ridge, flashing around all penetrations (chimneys, vents, skylights), ridge venting, soffit vents (if needed), and proper cleanup and debris removal. If your deck is damaged or rotted, that repair is separate and discovered during tearoff—we'll give you the option to proceed before work begins. We do not include gutter installation or replacement unless specified, though we can recommend a licensed gutter contractor.

Our Shingle Roofing Process
Our shingle roofing process starts with a free inspection. We walk the roof, check the deck, and photograph any damage or concerns. We provide a detailed estimate with material options, timeline, and pricing. Once you approve, we schedule the work around your calendar and Charlotte's weather. On installation day, we set up safety equipment and begin tearoff—removing old shingles, flashing, and underlayment. We inspect the deck for rot or soft spots and repair as needed (charged separately if discovered). We install new underlayment, ice-and-water shield, and flashing. New shingles go down in courses from eave to ridge, each nailed and sealed properly. Ridge cap shingles finish the peak. We inspect every detail, clean up all debris, and do a final walkthrough with you. Most roofs are complete within one business day.
